USA Insulation Office Administrators are the first points of contact for potential and existing customers. It’s essential the person in this position represents the company in a professional manner while preserving USA Insulation’s customer-first philosophy.

Job Summary
  • To assist in the overall assistance and maintenance of the office; own and maintain CRM system
  • Feel comfortable making many daily outbound phone calls to prospects, past customers, and contacts collected from events
  • Be able to determine if leads qualify for our services
  • Schedule appointments for in-home sales consultants
  • Have experience in handling various personalities, objections, and requests in a timely manner
Essential Functions
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails and inquires in a professional and welcoming manner - you are the face of the office!
  • Schedule appointments for insulation assessments and installations.
  • Coordinate with insulation professionals to ensure timely and efficient project scheduling.
  • Maintain an organized office environment, including ordering supplies and overseeing office maintenance.
  • Assist with the preparation of quotes, invoices, and service orders for insulation projects.
  • Record and organize customer information, job details, and service records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our insulation services, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the insulation team to ensure efficient scheduling and project execution.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and projects as required to support the company's operations.
Status Scope
  • Reports directly to Owner/Operator
  • Must be able to speak English (Spanish a plus)
  • Thorough knowledge of Computers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook & Access

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of previous experience as a receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager
  • Commitment to Customer Service on the job. 
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
