Lead Management Specialist — USA Insulation of Central Kentucky Lexington, KY | Full-Time | $17–$25/hr + Performance Bonus
We're a growing, locally owned insulation contractor and we need one good person — not just anyone looking for a paycheck.
No cold calling. Leads come to us. Your job is to be the voice that earns their trust, qualify them as a fit for our services, and get them booked. Simple in concept, and we'll teach you everything about what we do. But you have to show up, care about the outcome, and be genuinely great on the phone.
You're the right fit if you:
- Can hold a real, warm, confident conversation with a homeowner and make them feel heard
- Are dependable — the kind of person people can actually count on
- Know your way around a PC and Microsoft Office
- Are ready to learn and grow with a small team that notices your effort
