As a Sales Representative, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—meeting homeowners, understanding their comfort needs, and recommending the right insulation solutions with confidence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with pre‑qualified warm leads to understand home comfort and efficiency needs (some meetings in evenings and Saturdays)
  • Perform in‑home evaluations and explain recommended insulation solutions
  • Guide homeowners through options using a clear, consultative process
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build trust, answer questions, and support homeowners in making informed decisions
  • Coordinate next steps with the installation team to ensure a smooth experience
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow‑up within our proven workflow
Qualifications:
  • Wants pre-set appointments 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Results-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Effective time management and organization.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
