Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Installer to perform residential and commercial spray foam insulation installations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating spray foam rigs, applying open- and closed-cell foam, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate spray foam equipment and apply insulation according to specifications
- Ensure proper surface preparation and adherence to project requirements
- Maintain equipment, tools, and spray rigs in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment as required
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while delivering excellent workmanship
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of spray foam installation experience (open-cell and closed-cell)
- Knowledge of spray foam equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to follow job specifications and safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in tight spaces)
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other types of insulation (fiberglass, cellulose, etc.)
- OSHA certification or other safety training
- Mechanical/equipment troubleshooting skills

Compensation: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
