Job Summary:
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping others? USA Insulation is seeking a dynamic Insulation Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team in Central Kentucky. In this role, you will educate homeowners about the benefits of our premium insulation services and guide them to make informed decisions that improve their home's comfort and energy efficiency.

We are looking for someone who excels at building relationships, is eager to learn, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. While sales experience is a plus, it is not required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored insulation solutions.
Conduct home assessments to explain the advantages of our insulation products.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Maintain knowledge of our products and services through ongoing training.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

· A positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing environments is a must.

· Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

· Self-motivated and willing to learn and participate in training.

· Willingness to follow guidelines.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Effective time management and organization.

· Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.

Compensation: $9,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
